The Radyne DMD20 LBST breaks new ground in flexibility, operation and cost. As a Universal Satellite Modem and ODU Driver, it supports all major satellite standards – IDR, IBS, and DVB – covering data rates up to 20 Mbps and virtually all Satellite IP, Telecom, Video, Internet, Corporate VSAT, Cellular Backhaul and Broadcast applications.
Unique in its class, the DMD20 LBST can switch between spur-free 70/140 MHz IF and full L-Band 950-2050 MHz operation without configuration changes, providing true investment protection. It offers DoubleTalk® Carrier-in-Carrier bandwidth compression based on patented Adaptive Cancellation technology that allows Tx and Rx carriers to share the same transponder space – effectively doubling throughput. Includes FSK Communications Link for monitor and control of smart BUCs / LNBs.
